APPOINTMENTS:

Each initial 45-minute consultation* includes metabolic testing, dietary analysis, personalized healthy eating plan, grocery shopping lists, eating out guides and other tools to help you reach your health and fitness goals. This includes specialized eating plans for health concerns including diabetes, high cholesterol/heart health, pregnancy and women’s health issues, eating disorders, food allergies, migraine headaches, chronic fatigue, and depression among others.

*Eating disorder and bariatric consultations are 60 minutes so be sure to indicate your needs when scheduling a visit.

BIOGRAPHY:
Amy Hall, CN is a Board Certified Nutritionist specializing in all aspects of nutrition for health and weight management. She received her bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and a secondary bachelor's degree in Nutrition Sciences from American Health Science University in Colorado. She has been studying nutrition and health for more than 14 years and is also a  published author in many health & fitness-related magazines. In addition, she has been involved in the research and prevention of eating disorders after personally dealing with this illness, allowing her to directly relate to those suffering from body-image, food and weight issues.
